Book our premium studio located inside HyVee Arena — a professional, private space designed for movement, creativity, and performance. The total studio space is 2,434 square feet, including 1,280 square feet of high-quality sprung dance floor with full-length mirrors and a powerful Bluetooth sound system. Whether you're running a class, rehearsing choreography, hosting an audition, filming content, or training with your team, this space delivers comfort, flexibility, and functionality in a clean, climate-controlled environment. Cancellation Policy
Street Styles Academy Studio Rental Policy By booking studio time at Street Styles Academy (SSA), you agree to the following terms: 1. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Studio time is booked by the hour. Rentals include access to the dance floor, mirrors, speaker system, and restroom facilities. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Rentals may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation are non-refundable. No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. 3. Studio Use Guidelines Renter must check in at the SSA front desk before entering the studio. Studio must be left clean and in original condition. A cleaning or damage fee may apply if the space is misused. Rental is limited to the person or group who made the booking — subleasing is not permitted. No food or drink on the dance floor (water only). 4. Liability & Risk Waiver All renters assume full responsibility for any injury or damage during their use of the space. SSA is not liable for personal injuries, illnesses, or property loss. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SSA, its staff, and partners from all claims arising from the rental. 5. Media & Recording Renters may film or take photos for personal or promotional use. SSA may request permission to repost or share renter content for promotional purposes. Live broadcasts or ticketed filming must be pre-approved in writing. 6. Conduct & Termination SSA reserves the right to terminate any rental without refund for unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.
