Sponsor an SSA Scholarship and give a child the opportunity of a lifetime. Your support directly funds a full season of elite dance training, mentorship, gear, and performance access for one student at Street Styles Academy. These scholarships are designed for underserved youth in Kansas City who otherwise wouldn’t have access to our programs. Cancellation Policy
Sponsor Policy – 12-Month Commitment Thank you for partnering with Street Styles Academy (“SSA”) to empower underserved youth through dance. By sponsoring an SSA Scholarship, you commit to a 12-month donation-based membership that directly underwrites one student’s full-season training, mentorship, performance gear, and event access. 1. Term & Allocation Duration: Your sponsorship is valid for 12 months from the selected start date. Immediate Allocation: Funds are allocated immediately to cover tuition, uniforms, lesson materials, and performance costs for your sponsored student. Non-Refundable: To ensure uninterrupted programming, this donation is non-refundable once processed. 2. Donor Coordination & Reporting You’ll be assigned a dedicated Donor Coordinator who will: Deliver bi-monthly progress reports detailing your student’s skill development, attendance, milestone achievements, and photos or video highlights. Serve as your primary contact for scheduling meet-and-greet opportunities or arranging studio visits. 3. Marketing & PR Benefits As a sponsor, you’ll receive high-visibility benefits designed to amplify your brand’s community impact: Event Recognition: Your name or logo prominently displayed at SSA performances, showcases, and community events. Digital Features: Shout-outs on SSA’s social media channels, inclusion in press releases, and placement on our online donor wall (with opt-in). Printed Materials: Logo placement in season programs, flyers, and lobby signage. Media Assets: Receive a branded photo/video package for use in your own marketing and communications. 4. VIP Access & Special Invitations Complimentary VIP Tickets: Enjoy up to four VIP tickets per show or event for every student you sponsor, so you can experience the impact of your generosity firsthand. Exclusive Rehearsal Passes: Invitations to closed-door rehearsals and behind-the-scenes studio sessions, subject to scheduling. 5. Tax & Marketing Write-Off Potential Although SSA operates as a for-profit with a charitable mission, many sponsors classify their contribution as a marketing or advertising expense eligible for tax deduction. Please consult your tax advisor for details. 6. Cancellation & Renewal Cancellations: Not permitted after payment is processed; scholarship funds are immediately deployed to student programming. Renewals: There is no automatic renewal. Twenty-one days before your term ends, your Donor Coordinator will reach out with renewal options.
