Our private classes are designed for dancers of all levels who want focused attention, faster progress, and custom feedback. Whether you're working on choreography, refining technique, preparing for auditions, or building confidence, this is your time to train without distractions. These sessions are built around your pace, style, and goals. Cancellation Policy
Street Styles Academy Private Membership Policy This policy applies to all members enrolled in private class membership plans at Street Styles Academy (SSA). By purchasing a private membership, the Member agrees to the terms below: 1. Membership Access Private memberships include a set number of one-on-one or small-group sessions per month, as outlined in your chosen plan. Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system and are subject to instructor availability. Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month unless otherwise specified in writing. 2. Payment Terms Memberships are billed automatically on the 1st of each month via our GoMotion platform. Late payments will incur a $3 late fee after 14 days past due. Memberships may be paused or adjusted in special cases (injury, illness, etc.) with written approval from SSA management. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Members may cancel their private membership at any time with written notice submitted at least 5 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused sessions once billing has occurred. Individual private sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being counted as used. 4. Coach Pairing & Reassignment SSA reserves the right to assign or reassign coaches based on availability, performance level, and member needs. If your assigned coach becomes unavailable, SSA will match you with another qualified instructor. 5. Behavior & Respect Private members are expected to show up on time, be respectful, and follow SSA’s code of conduct. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the membership without refund. 6. Media & Liability Waiver By participating, members agree to SSA’s standard Media Release and Liability Waiver policies as outlined in the general membership agreement. Members assume full responsibility for any injury or risk associated with participation. 7. Policy Changes SSA may modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the membership plan indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
